To qualify for a return:
🆕 Product must be unused, in original condition with full packaging.
📦 An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous (no cuts) & Clearly show the issue.
📝 Submit your Order Number, Date of Purchase, and the issue via our Support Page.
💬 Mention the exact reason for the return.
🔁 All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Refunds will only be approved if the returned product is inspected and found defective from our end. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Resolution Process

Dissatisfaction after use
📍 Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses that lead to return will not be eligible for free re-shipping. Customers must bear full re-delivery charges.
🔒 Cancellation & Refund Policy
🛒 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
📦 As all products are sourced specifically against confirmed customer orders, any order—whether prepaid or COD, shipped or in processing—cannot be cancelled once placed.
📦 If a order is returned by the courier before delivery for any reason, it will only be reshipped after full payment of the product and applicable reshipping charges are received.
🔁 Re-shipping is possible only after full payment of return + original shipping charges.
🧾 For bulk/wholesale orders, no return or refund will be applicable unless there’s a proven manufacturing defect.
