Pre-approval is required for returns; refunds/replacements will be processed only after inspection and verification of the defect

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the customer may ship back the product with proper packing and all accessories .
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise .
If on receipt of the product at our service centre it’s found that:
Product is in working order – No refund will be made. The customer must do pickup at their own cost .
Product working but compatibility issue at customer’s side – No refund OR partial refund may be made after deduction of applicable expenses based on situation .
Product damaged by customer during installation/use – No refund will be made. The customer must do pickup at their own cost .

Missing original packaging, invoice, or accessories
Orders returned due to wrong/incomplete address – re-shipping charges will apply

If cancelled after confirmation but before shipping – 5% deduction will be applied (gateway & processing fees)
