๐Ÿ“ฆReturns, Replacements, Refund & Cancellation Policy 

At Pinekart.com, we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable service. However, in the rare case of a technical manufacturing defect, we offer return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery, under the conditions below.

โœ… Return Eligibilty

  1. An uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the issue is mandatory

  2. You must provide Order Number, Date & Reason through our Support Page

  3. Pre-approval is required for returns; refunds/replacements will be processed only after inspection and verification of the defect

๐Ÿ”„ Return Process

  1. Initial troubleshooting will be done through phone (๐Ÿ“ž Call: +91 9311737848 ) or Video Call.

  2. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the customer may ship back the product with proper packing and all accessories . 

  3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise . 

  4. Two-way shipping charges (forward + return) will be charged to the customer in all return/refund/replacement cases, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  5. If on receipt of the product at our service centre itโ€™s found that:

    1. Product is in working order โ€“ No refund will be made. The customer must do pickup at their own cost . 

    2. Product working but compatibility issue at customerโ€™s side โ€“ No refund OR partial refund may be made after deduction of applicable expenses based on situation . 

    3. Product damaged by customer during installation/use โ€“ No refund will be made. The customer must do pickup at their own cost . 

โŒ Not Eligible for Return

  1. Products that are used, mishandled, or physically damaged by the customer

  2. No unboxing video or defect not visible in the video

  3. Missing original packaging, invoice, or accessories

  4. Orders returned due to wrong/incomplete address โ€“ re-shipping charges will apply

๐Ÿ›‘ Cancellation & Refund

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped (whether COD or prepaid)

  2. If cancelled after confirmation but before shipping โ€“ 5% deduction will be applied (gateway & processing fees)

  3. If cancelled after shipping โ€“ 10% deduction (gateway + processing) + shipping charges will be applicable

๐Ÿ“ฆ Bulk Orders

  1. No refund/return on bulk or wholesale orders except in case of a verified manufacturing defect
