At Pinekart.com, we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable service. However, in the rare case of a technical manufacturing defect, we offer return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery, under the conditions below.

We assure quality, but in case of manufacturing defect, we provide returns/replacements within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Product to be unused, with original packaging.
An uninterrupted unboxing video demonstrating the issue is required.
Mention Order Number, Date & Reason through our Support Page.
Pre-approval is required for returns; refunds will be made only after inspection verifies the defect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is customer's responsibility.
Charges for shipping are non-refundable, unless stated specifically.

Not Eligible for Return
Products that are used or damaged.
No unboxing video or defect not visible.
Missing original box or invoice.
Orders returned because of wrong/incomplete address—re-shipping will be charged.

Cancellation & Refund

❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed and shipped , whether COD or prepaid.
✅ If cancelled after confirmation, 5% deduction will be applicable (gateway & processing fees).
✅ In case of cancellation after shipping, 10% off (gateway + Processing )+ shipping fee .
Bulk Orders
No refund/return on bulk/wholesale orders except in case of a manufacturing defect.
